Mr. Nurul Alam was born in a renowned Muslim family in Chittagong.He has a very distinctive academic record with different professional degress.He served in ICC, First Security Islami Bank Ltd.He worked in Bangladesh Bank from 1982 to 2010 in different capacities in Head office and retired as DGM. As director of AVIVA Equity Management Limited we have full confidence in his ability to lead us for achieving our financial mission.

Having served as the DMD at Uttara Finance and Investments Limited, M. Mostafiduzzaman successfully led a number of dynamic teams in Meghna Bank, EBL, Delta Brac Housing & Finance Limited, SCB, HSBC and ANZ Greenlays Bank. His vision for the future, strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion align perfectly with the values that AVIVA holds. Mr. Mohammed Shahidul Islam has been serving as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of AVIVA Equity Mangement Limited which was previously named Reliance Brokerage Services limited since 2016. Prior to that, he served with Standard Bank Securities Limited as CEO and with Phoenix Securities Limited as Head of Brokerage Operation. Over the last 33 years career span, Mr. Islam performed his duties and responsibilities diligently in leading positions at Central Depository Bangladesh Limited, Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited and Development Design Consultants Limited. Mr.Islam’s career evolved as a well rounded professional in financial and capital market with adequate exposure in administration & operation of automated stock exchange trading, CDS systems, rules, regulations, listing, settlement, surveillance & implementation of lawful order. Afterhis joining, the Reliance Brokerage Services Limited is going through business process reengineering with significant emphasis on centralized operational model, service expansion, ensure service quality and above all business development.Besides distinctive academic records, he is also a graduate of Chittagong University and MBA from Dhaka International University.
